As a subsidiary of a licensed salon our goal is to offer our clients the finest in salon hair care, skin care, and nail care products available at competitive prices. By using our website, you are acting as our personal client and we as your personal stylists. Products can be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because we understand you can’t always make it in to your local salon or you may be looking for those hard to find products that your local salon just doesn’t carry.
We guarantee that all items purchased from Spiral Haircase are 100% authentic and original. We buy products directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors.
Please note that although we make a great effort to maintain our website images current, product pictures on our website do not always represent what we have in stock. This may occur when manufacturers repackage their products to update the look of their bottle designs. In such a case, we will continue to sell through the previous packaging until our stock has been sold out.

Regardless of which way you chose to order, you will receive an email, or phone call if no email is available, confirming your order within 24 hours of its receipt.
You may pay for your products using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card as well as with your Paypal Account. Regardless of your method of payment, your account will only be charged once your order has shipped. We also accept checks and money orders for those clients who prefer to mail their orders in but keep in mind that your order may not ship until your check or money order has cleared.
As a small token of our appreciation for helping to keep us safe, we offer our military men and women free shipping to all APO and FPO addresses. Having family members and friends currently serving our country in the Armed Forces we can not say enough about what these brave men and women do and how much it means to us.
Please pass the word along about our free shipping to APO and FPO addresses since we know that it may be difficult at times to find companies that ship to these addresses and we gladly do so for free.
We know how much you appreciate speedy delivery and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders with all products in stock are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and most other orders are shipped within 6 business days. We do however ask that you allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive because there are rare instances where our suppliers maybe temporarily out of stock of a certain item. Should we foresee that your order will not be received by you in this timeframe, you will be contacted. For your convenience you may click on My Account to track the status of your order.
We ship the majority of our order via United States Postal Service. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS Ground with signature required for your protection. Should you have specific shipping instructions please communicate them to us via the Special Shipping Instructions field during check out and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Although we maintain high inventory levels, there are instances when the demand for certain items may overwhelm the supplier’s or manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock which may cause back orders to occur. If a back order should occur on any part of your order you will be contacted and given the option to wait for the product to come in or to be refunded for the backordered product and shipped the available items on your order.
We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our products. If you're in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may exchange the unopened and unused items* or return them for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the client. All returns and exchanges must include a Return Authorization Number or it will not be processed. To request a Return Authorization Number please click here and complete our customer service form. Be sure to enter your order number and choose the appropriate reason from the drop down list. A member of our client support staff will contact you with in 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
* Due to Health Code Regulations, we can not accept returns or exchanges on hair brushes, nail polishes, or cosmetics.
Should your shipment contain damages or errors you must report it within 72 hours of receipt. Please do not discard the product as we reserve the right to have it returned to us at our expense. Fill out our customer service form to report your errors or damages and we will contact you with in 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Be sure to enter your order number and choose the appropriate reason from the drop down list.
Please ensure that products purchased are sent to a secure location, such as a PO Box, a place of employment, or a residence where someone is home to accept the package, since Spiral Haircase will not be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been delivered by the postal carrier to your address.

On March 9, 1998, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of hair care distributors and consumers: In a unanimous ruling, the US Supreme Court, 118 S.Ct.1125 (1998), found that once a lawful sale of a copyrighted item has occurred, the Copyright Act's prohibition against unauthorized distribution is inapplicable to a domestic or foreign distributor who decides to resell the item in venues other than those intended by the manufacturer of hair care or cosmetic goods. In the court's opinion: "Once the copyright owner places a copyrighted item in the stream of commerce by selling it, he has exhausted his statutory right to control its distribution."
Product diversion is when someone who is not authorized to sell a product obtains the product illegally and sells it or even worse, tampers with the product and then sells it as the original. We are licensed cosmetologists that sell our retail products through a salon entity. We do not believe in diversion and will not sell wholesale, bulk, or in any way that we feel may put our products into the consumer mainstream circuit such as drug stores and mass market retailers. Our products are to be used by our clients only and not resold.
